We are blessed to have many years of habitat design experience and properties well suited for creating high quality whitetail and waterfowl hunting habitats.  This property is located near Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge on the east coast where large whitetails are hard to find; fortunately, we harvest a few.  This same property was not considered by locals to be a waterfowl hunting property.  After purchasing the property, we designed and constructed 25 acres of shallow impoundments, installed a water delivery system to flood corn, beans and other crops and added 3 goose pits and several duck blinds.  Today this is property is considered one of the best waterfowl properties in Delaware.
